Scheduling
We schedule appointments M-F during our regular business hours. Certain procedures must be scheduled earlier in the day due to the amount of time required to complete the procedure, but we will always try to accommodate your schedule as best we can.
Payment
We require payment at the time you check-in at our office. Cash, personal checks with valid ID, and most major credit cards are accepted. We also offer payment plans through CareCredit, a low minimum monthly payment program. Let us know if you have any questions or would like to learn more about CareCredit.
Insurance
We are in-network with Aetna, Assurant, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, Cigna, Delta Dental, MetLife, and United Healthcare. We will be happy to file any insurance as a courtesy. Call or email us during regular business hours if you have any insurance questions.

First Visit
Please help us by bringing the following to your first consultation: any X-rays (if applicable); a list of your current medical prescriptions. If you have medical or dental insurance, please have your card available.

We work hard to make your experience comfortable and convenient at our office. Enjoy free wi-fi in our waiting room, along with a wide selection of magazines. Or, simply sit back and enjoy our flatscreen television as you wait.
